The Aachen committee of the Arlington Sister City Association has extended to July 5 the deadline for families of rising Arlington fifth-graders to apply for participation in the annual student exchange to Germany for the 2024-25 school year.
Participating families will host students and parents from Aachen for a week in October, then travel to Aachen in April 2025. Students will attend class in thhe host community, and students and family members will travel extensively during their visits.
