n Aug. 18 at 10:41 p.m., officers responded to Beulah Road and Church Street, N.E., for a report of a man yelling incoherently and walking into traffic, Vienna police said.
Officers located the man nearby, and during interactions with him noted signs of impairment, police said.
The suspect attempted to flee officers, running eastbound on Church Street, but was captured in the 400 block of Maple Ave., E.
The 32-year-old Reva, Va., man was arrested, charged with drunk in public and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center.
