A 25-year-old McLean man was arrested Sept. 3 in connection with an earlier exposure case in Tysons, and also faces potential charges in a case that took place the day of his arrest.

Officers on Sept. 3 responded to the 1500 block of Cornerside Boulevard in Tysons for a report of an exposure, Fairfax County Police said, and determined that the suspect – Kendall Jamal Miller – had been in the store exposing himself and attempting to inappropriately touch customers.

As part of the investigation, Miller was linked to an exposure case that allegedly occurred on May 25, and has been charged with one count of sexual battery in that case, police said.

Miller was taken to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, where he was later released on an unsecured bond. Detectives continue to investigate the Sept. 3 incident, and additional charges are pending, police say.
