On Aug. 27 at 5 p.m., two vehicles were on Nutley Street at Courthouse Road, S.W., in Vienna, in a left-turn lane when the driver of the trailing vehicle ran into the rear of the vehicle in front, causing minor damage.
The two drivers agreed to pull off the roadway to exchange information, but the driver of the striking vehicle then left the scene, Vienna police said.
