A woman living on Courthouse Circle, S.W., told Vienna police on Aug. 22 at 3:30 p.m. that an argument she had been having with her adult daughter escalated when her daughter allegedly assaulted her.
Police arrested the daughter, a 35-year-old Vienna woman, and took her to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, where authorities charged her with domestic assault and issued an emergency protective order against her.
