An employee at Panera Bread, 136 Maple Ave., W., on Aug. 17 at 8:04 p.m. requested Vienna police assistance in trespassing a man from the restaurant.
The employee told police the man had been spending the entire day in the restaurant without making any purchases and was rude to the customers and employees.
Police spoke to the man on behalf of the business and told him he was trespassed from the premises and would be arrested if he returned.
