A Vienna police officer on June 12 at 8:30 p.m. observed a bus stopped near 171 Maple Ave., W., with its hazard lights on.
The driver stated a man pushing a shopping cart had begun banging on the driver’s side window and yelling profanities at him.
The driver recognized the man as someone who has been removed from the bus in the past for disorderly behavior, police said
