The Tuckahoe Tigers opened their summer season in the Northern Virginia Swimming League with a victory over the host Highlands Whomping Turtles in a June 16 morning meet. Tuckahoe won, 249-171, in the showdown between McLean rival teams.
Tuckahoe had multiple double and single race winners.
