A Vienna officer responded July 15 between 7:30 and 7:44 p.m. to the report of two solicitors in the 300 block of Meadow Lane, S.W.
One of the men was wanted on an outstanding warrant from Maryland, police said.
Police arrested the 27-year-old Laurel, Md., man and transported him to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, where authorities charged him with being a fugitive from justice and held him without bond.
