An employee at 7-Eleven, 537 Maple Ave., W., notified Vienna police on Jan. 13 at 7:26 p.m. about a man who was unwilling to vacate the premises.
Upon locating the man in the parking lot and interacting with him, officers observed signs of intoxication, police said.
Police arrested the 60-year-old man, of no fixed address, and took him to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, where authorities charged him with being drunk in public.
