An employee at The Red Bird-Hot Chicken & Fries, 282 Cedar Lane, S.E., on Sept. 9 at 4:39 p.m. reported a disorderly man to Vienna police.
Officers spoke to the man, who told police he had been seated outside the restaurant with another man when the employee asked him to leave, which led to an argument.
At the employee’s request, police trespassed the man from the premises.
