On Aug. 11 at 10:45 p.m., Vienna police responded to a report of a reckless driver in the 100 block of Patrick Street, N.E.
A responding officer determined that a vehicle was being driven on the lawn of an apartment complex before it got stuck on a sewer drain.
The driver was issued a summons for reckless driving.
