A motorist backed up at Flagship Carwash Center, 540 Maple Ave., W., on Oct. 7 at 11:53 a.m. and struck another vehicle in the car-wash bay, Vienna police said.
The motorist in the striking vehicle then continued to drive off, struck a wall while trying to exit the bay and fled the scene without stopping to provide information to the other car’s driver, police said.
