A woman and her adult daughter were walking near Meadow Lane and Stephen Circle, S.W., on July 14 at 10:52 p.m. when they observed a motorist drive a vehicle erratically into the cul-de-sac, turn off the vehicle’s headlights and drive back toward the pair, Vienna police said.
The vehicle was occupied by four younger men who were using flashlights to look out of the vehicle, police said. The two women ran to a nearby house, where the homeowner let them in. Officers searched the area, but were unable to locate the men or the vehicle, police said.
