Vienna police dispatched an officer to the vicinity of Skorpio’s Maggio’s Greek Family Restaurant, 421 Maple Ave., E., and 7-Eleven, 427 Maple Ave., E., on April 28 at 6:30 p.m. after receiving a report of a man who allegedly was harassing customers in the shopping center.
Employees from both Skorpio’s Restaurant and 7-Eleven banned the man from their businesses, and the officer advised the man he would be charged with trespassing if he returned to the premises.
