A local resident reported that someone entered his vehicle June 27 between 1 and 2:30 p.m. while it was parked in the parking lot at Navy Federal Credit Union, 820 Follin Lane, S.E., Vienna police said.
The thief stole several credit and debit cards from the wallets of the victim and his wife, and unsuccessfully attempted to use some of the cards to make unauthorized purchases, police said.
