An employee at Caffè Amouri, 107 Church St., N.E., informed Vienna police on April 28 12:30 p.m. that she had been assaulted by a co-worker when the woman closed a door and intentionally caused it to strike her arm.
Police issued a summons charging assault to the 20-year-old Centreville woman and released her on her signature.
