Fairfax County police detectives with the Major Crimes Bureau’s Child Abuse Squad on June 27 arrested a 47-year-old Merrifield man in connection with the alleged sexual battery of a 6-year-old victim in Merrifield.
Just after 7 p.m., police dispatched officers to a playground in the 7300 block of Arlington Boulevard for the report of a man who allegedly had touched a juvenile victim unlawfully. Patrol officers quickly locate the man and took him into custody.
Authorities have charged Victor Villalobos, 47, with aggravated sexual battery of a juvenile under age 13. Villalobos is being held at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center without bond.
