A Vienna police officer on June 21 at 10:55 p.m. observed a man exit a ride-share vehicle, stumble onto the grounds at Vienna Elementary School and begin urinating in public, police said.
Upon interacting with the man, the officer detected signs of intoxication and arrested him.
Police transported the 24-year-old Manassas man to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, where authorities charged him with indecent exposure and being drunk in public.
