An employee at McDonald’s, 544 Maple Ave., W., told Vienna police on Sept. 5 at 12:40 p.m. that a disorderly man in the restaurant allegedly was yelling and making threats toward the manager.

At the employee’s request, the man was trespassed from the restaurant and advised that he may be charged if he returned.

A short time later, local residents reported the same man was acting disorderly while walking through the neighborhood near Roland Street and Liberty Lane, S.W.

Officers located the man on Johnson Street, S.W., but there was no indication he had committed any crime, police said.
