A Vienna police officer responded July 13 at 9:10 p.m. to the report of a man harassing customers at Paz Pomodoro, 118 Branch Road, S.E.
The officer located the man in front of the restaurant and, upon interacting with him, detected signs of intoxication, police said.
The restaurant’s manager banned the man from the premises. Police arrested the 50-year-old man with no fixed address and transported him to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, where authorities charged him with being drunk in public.
