On May 25, a resident living in the 100 block of Patrick Street, S.W., told Vienna police his security camera had recorded a young male suspect vandalizing his vehicle on May 20 at 1:45 p.m.
The suspect broke a brake light and jumped on the roof of the victim’s vehicle, police said.
