The Fairfax County Park Authority is gearing up for local programming in connection with National Public Lands Day on Sept. 28.
“We encourage community members to be involved by taking part in any of a wide selection of service activities to protect the natural, cultural and recreational resources of our treasured park system,” Park Authority officials said.
