A motorist who was turning left from Casmar Street, S.E., onto Desale Street on July 9 at 1:41 p.m. lost control of the vehicle, which ran off the roadway and struck a fence, Vienna police said.
Police issued the driver a summons charging failure to pay full time and attention.
