On Aug. 2 at 9:02 a.m., an employee of the property-management company for a shopping center in the 200 block of Cedar Lane, S.E., called Vienna police on a trespassing matter.
The employee reported there had been ongoing issues with a man who refused to leave the property.
Officers advised the individual that he might be arrested if he returned to the property.
