Weichert, Realtors has named Rich Fleischer regional president of the Capital Region for the firm.
In this role, Fleischer will be responsible for managing and growing Weichert’s 13 sales offices in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia.
Fleischer previously was president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Mid-Atlantic, overseeing the company’s offices and sales agents in Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, Washington, D.C., and Central Pennsylvania.
