Washington-Liberty High School graduate Rebecca Stewart is a junior on the women’s track and field teams at the University of Chicago.
During the recently-complete indoor season, Stewart finished third in the triple jump at the conference championship meet. Stewart also is a long jumper and runs sprint races for the team.
She placed third in the triple jump at a recent outdoor meet.
At Washington-Liberty, Stewart often placed high in many different events at various meets.
