Washington-Liberty High School runningback Jackson Broadwell recently committed to play in college at Division III Shenandoah University.
One of Broadwell’s best games this past season was in the Generals’ opener against Marshall when he rushed for 154 yards and two touchdowns on 23 carries. His last carry in the contest was a 54-yard scoring run.
He also had some other top rushing performances during the season, and was one of the team's leading rushers.
Broadwell also was a defensive back for W-L. He broke up one pass from that position against Marshall.
