On July 19 at 5:07 p.m., several women were inside a business in the 4000 block of Campbell Avenue when a man allegedly exposed himself to them from outside.
The suspect then left the scene.
The suspect is described as a black male, in his mid-30s, 5’8” or 5’9”, wearing all-black clothing.
