On Sept. 22 at 4:04 p.m., a man and a tow-truck driver became involved in a dispute over the towing of a vehicle in the 2600 block of Columbia Pike, Arlington police said.
According to police, the suspect brandished a firearm at the tow-truck driver before fleeing the scene in the vehicle, police said.
