On Sept. 7 at 9:46 p.m., a woman was walking in the area of Columbia Pike at South Jefferson Street when a man allegedly exposed himself, Arlington police said.
The suspect then threatened to harm a second victim walking in the area, police said.
Responding officers located the suspect on scene and took him into custody. The suspect – 49-year-old Marlon Young of Arlington – was arrested and charged with assault-and-battery, indecent exposure and drunk in public.
