Police: More burglary incidents reported across Arlington

Arlington County police are investigating a number of burglary incidents.

• On July 16 at 2:53 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 3900 block of 4th Street North for a report of a burglary in progress, Arlington police said.

Upon arrival, police determined that the female suspect, who is known to the victim, had approached her, engaged in a verbal dispute and entered her residence without permission, police said.

The suspect subsequently left, and no items were reported stolen or damaged.

The investigation is ongoing.

• On July 18 at 2:17 p.m., three or four individuals forced entry into a business in the 1100 block of North Glebe Road, Arlington police said.

The suspects cause property damage and rummaged through the building before fleeing the scene in a white sedan, police said.

No items were reported missing at the time of the report. No suspect descriptions were reported.
