On Sept. 4 at 11:09 p.m., a witness reported seeing a man inside a business in the 3100 block of Columbia Pike exposing himself, Arlington police said.
When the suspect was confronted, he ran from the scene, police said.
The suspect is described as a black male. The investigation is ongoing.
