On Sept. 9 at 2:44 a.m., a woman was standing at the intersection of Washington Boulevard at North Hudson Street when a vehicle pulled up and the occupants engaged her in conversation, Arlington police said.

During the discussion, the driver of the vehicle referenced having a firearm, police said.

The victim then ran to Clarendon Boulevard at Washington Boulevard and was standing with a man when the driver pulled alongside them and brandished a firearm before driving away, police said. During the investigation, officers identified the driver and obtained warrants for his arrest.
