On Sept. 4 at 5:44 a.m., a man was exiting his parked vehicle in the 600 block of North Glebe Road when he was approached by three men, Arlington police said.
The suspects told the victim to place his car keys on the hood of the vehicle; the victim complied and walked away from the vehicle.
According to police, once the purported thieves realized the vehicle had a manual transmission, they fled the scene on foot.
The suspects are described as white or Hispanic males, 18 to 26 years old.
