On Sept. 13 at 11:16 p.m., a woman was inside her home in the 1100 block of North Randolph Street when she observed a man looking into the window of the home, Arlington police said.
The victim yelled and the suspect fled the scene on foot, police said.
Responding officers canvassed the area for the suspect, yielding negative results. The suspect is described as white male wearing a yellow shirt.
