On Sept. 4 at 7:16 a.m., an officers was approached by an individual reporting an exposure in the 500 block of North Pollard Street, Arlington police said.
According to police, the officer located the suspect exposing himself and took him into custody. During a search, credit cards that did not belong to the suspect were found on him.
The suspect – 50-year-old Lionell Grooms of no fixed address – was arrested and charged with indecent exposure and credit-card theft.
