Arlington man charged with reckless handling of firearm

On July 25 at 2:18 p.m., a man was cleaning a firearm inside his residence in the 600 block of North Glebe Road when the weapon discharged, Arlington police said.

Damage was caused to the interior of the home, but no injuries or further damage were reported.

A 28-year-old Arlington man was charged with reckless handling of a firearm and released on a summons.
